Catching Up With CAT, 15th Year Edition; Zorbari Nwidor
CAT is more than an organization to me. It is a family. Everyone effortlessly connects with each other and cultivates a space where it is okay to be yourself; a space where everyone is met where they are at and not judged by their past or present; a place where graduations, births, new homes, new jobs, and more are celebrated; and a place where struggles are acknowledged and help is available if desired.

Not only is my leadership at CAT an inspiration to young people in my community who rarely see people who lok like them reflected in outdoor adventures, but it is alsp a prt of changing the face of leadership in the larger adventure therapy community.

But what is most important to me about my time with CAT is not our growth or even the respect we hold in the community. It is the privilege of being a part of something that truly changes people’s lives. I am certain that what we do make a difference and matters.
